Greg Timm Receives 2015 BC Community Achievement Award

Greg Timm, President of the Canadian Open Fastpitch Society and Chairman of the Surrey 2016 WBSC XV Women's World Softball Championship, has been named as one of the recipients of this year's 2015 BC Community Achievement Awards. Congratulations Greg!

Thank you for your time, energy, and dedication to encouraging participation of youth and women in the sport of softball, and the contribution you have made to the softball community. You are truly one of a kind, and we are so proud of all of your achievements!

British Columbia Achievement Foundation - Official Announcement
 

Premier Christy Clark and Keith Mitchell, chair of the British Columbia Achievement Foundation, yesterday named this year's recipients of the BC Community Achievement Awards. 

"These 2015 award recipients have all gone above and beyond to make their communities stronger," said Premier Christy Clark. "The whole province can be proud of their contributions." 

"We recognize individuals today who have made a significant contribution either as volunteers or in the course of their work," said Mitchell. "We are privileged to showcase and celebrate the contributions of these exceptional British Columbians."
